At Grateful Thread Co., every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

Returns & Exchanges
We are a made-to-order company, which means we do not keep inventory on hand. Every piece is created specifically for your order. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to us right away with photos, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.

Please double-check your order, size, and shipping info before checkout. Orders will ship to the address entered at checkout, so please be cautious for outdated auto-fill details.

Discounts cannot be combined at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable if another discount code is applied to your order.

🚫 Order Cancellations
Due to our production process, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. This includes changes to sizing, shipping address, or item selection.

We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before checking out.

📦 Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to your local USPS office and neighbors first before contacting us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but will always try to help the best we can to ensure your order is received.
