Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Large orders (5+ items) may require additional time.

Please note: Shipping speed selected at checkout does not affect processing time.

Shipping Times (U.S.)

Once fulfilled, orders ship via USPS or other carriers and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of fulfillment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping to Canada

Customs and Duties: Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, GST/HST, or brokerage fees set by the Canadian government. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Sales Tax: We do not collect Canadian GST/HST at checkout. If required, the courier may collect these before delivery.

Delivery Times: Shipping to Canada typically takes 10–30 business days, depending on customs and location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once handed off to the carrier, we cannot speed up transit times or locate delayed packages.

If your order shows as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier and check with neighbors first.

If tracking has not updated for 7 or more business days, please contact us with your order number.
