Refund policy

At Grateful Thread Co., every item is made to order specifically for you. Because we do not keep inventory on hand, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

As a made-to-order shop, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We ask that you review your cart carefully, confirm sizing, and double-check your shipping address before checking out to avoid errors or outdated auto-fill information.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us right away with photos and your order number. We are happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.

Discounts cannot be combined at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable if another discount code is applied to your order.

Order Cancellations

Due to our production process, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted. This includes updates to sizing, shipping addresses, or item selection. Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local USPS office first. Packages marked as delivered are outside our control.

While we cannot replace lost or stolen packages, we will always do our best to help you navigate next steps with the carrier.
